30-37.5hrs

£24-26 per hour (depending on experience, negotiable higher)

An opportunity has arisen for an outgoing Lead Practice Nurse to join a high performing, well-regarded GP practice based near Ashbourne, Derby.

This position is flexible for either part-time hours or full-time hours, and working preferences can be altered to suit your preferences.

This surgery has a great retention rate and likes to pride themselves in how well they take care of their staff. With a mixed patient demographic and a size list of just under 14,000 patients, they are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to come and lead a friendly team of 5-6 nurses in the next chapter of this surgery!

This is a well-run practice with lots of developmental opportunities. They have an experienced clinical team and have alternative staff types such as a Physio, Physician Associate and Paramedic.

Ideal candidate will have:

· Experience within Primary Care is essential for this position

· Cytology

· Child immunisations

· Chronic Disease Management (ideally)

· Previous management experience (or extensive experience)
