Lead Practice Nurse - Near Mitcham, South West London

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time

We're working with a fantastic CQC Outstanding GP practice near Mitcham that is looking to welcome an experienced Lead Practice Nurse to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice caring for around 16,000 patients, where staff wellbeing and high-quality patient care are at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will lead a nursing team of Practice Nurses and HCAs, working closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to drive service development, support chronic disease management, and maintain outstanding standards of care.

The Practice Offers:

• £55,000 - £60,000 salary
• 28 days annual leave (5 weeks + bank holidays)
• 5 days dedicated training per year

The Ideal Candidate:

• Registered Nurse and Nurse Prescriber
• Proficient with EMIS Web
• 2-3 years' experience as a Lead Practice Nurse
• Strong background in chronic disease management, including diabetes
• Passionate about leadership, mentoring, and service improvement
