Field Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurses to join our team, supporting an individuals within there own home. The right candidate will have a proven track record and strong knowledge in complex care such as suctioning, PEG, vent, spinal, Tracheostomy, Laryngectomy, Learning disability and challenging behaviours .

Pay rate from £23ph

Location- Ashford

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated skills and experience in Complex care
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider care team.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism in all aspects of care delivery.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Bowel management
• Catheter care
• Wound care
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Working in a home environment with cats and dogs

Key criteria for the role will include:

• An active PIN
• Understanding of community- based nursing / case management
• Understanding of CQC requirements for TDDI registrations
• Strong clinical skills
• Disciplined with a strong work ethos
• Team player, with good leadership skills
• Full, current driving licence and use of own car
