Practice Nurse - Near Heckmondwike

Salary: £19-£23 per hour DOE
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week

We're working with a friendly, family-run GP practice near Heckmondwike, rated Good by CQC, where you'll be joining an experienced and supportive clinical team. Based in a charming 100-year-old surgery building, the practice offers a welcoming environment with flexibility around working days and patterns.

What We're Looking For

• Registered with the NMC
• Previous GP/General Practice experience is essential
• Confident managing chronic disease, particularly asthma, diabetes and insulin management
• Proficient in SystmOne
• Confident with general Practice Nurse duties, including cytology, immunisations/vaccinations and wound care
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider clinical team
• Independent prescribing is desirable but not essential
