Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Description
Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on our Fern Ward. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week.

Fern Unit is a locked rehabilitation unit that runs a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme for the treatment of female patients with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). Patients admitted to the ward for treatment will have a primary diagnosis of EUPD but may also have co-morbid mental disorders such as psychosis, substance misuse, eating disorders and complex PTSD. As the ward is a locked unit it will represent the least restrictive option for patients whose risk of suicide or disabling self-harm is very high, and/or where less restrictive settings have been unable to provide the necessary treatment in a safe environment.

Set within picturesque landscaped gardens in Stockport, Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal offers a range of comprehensive inpatient mental health services for young people and adults.

The focus of our service is to help people to live their best life in a safe and supportive environment.
