What you will do:

Work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement bespoke care programs.

Conduct complex assessments, drawing on your clinical expertise to tailor effective interventions.

Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively with patients and their families using both verbal and non-verbal tools.
