Job overview

Join Our Brent Community Paediatric Team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist

Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Brent Community Paediatric Team, supporting children and young people aged 0–19 years with special educational needs, additional needs and disabilities.

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll provide specialist nursing assessment, care coordination and ongoing support from referral and diagnosis through to long-term medical and therapeutic care. You'll develop and implement personalised healthcare plans, work closely with families and partner agencies, and play a key role in improving outcomes for children with complex needs.

If you're passionate about delivering outstanding family-centred care and want to be part of an innovative, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
