Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
£44,600 | 38.5 Hours per Week
Our client is proud to provide exceptional care within a luxury care home, specialising in supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. They are now looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with senior nursing and leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated clinical team. You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, leading by example, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.

What We're Looking For
- Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
- Previous senior nursing and leadership experience is essential.
- Experience supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.
- Excellent clinical knowledge with a strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, and risk management.
- Confident leading, motivating, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care is delivered at all times.
- Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams, promoting best practice and professional development.
- Monitor and maintain high clinical standards, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and NMC guidelines.
- Oversee medication management, clinical assessments, and person-centred care planning.
- Support the Home Manager with clinical governance, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote a positive, respectful culture that values dignity, choice, and independence.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure all records meet professional and regulatory standards.
- Act as a role model for excellent nursing practice while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
