Job Title:

Senior Clinical Lead – Adult Complex Care (Nurse-Led Services)

Location:
Golders Green (office-based) with community working across
Camden, Barnet, Enfield, Islington & Haringey

Salary:
£50,000 to £55,000 (flexible for candidates who genuinely meet all criteria)

About the Role

This is a senior clinical leadership role for an experienced adult complex care Clinical Lead who has already managed nurse-led community packages and is ready to build and scale a service, not simply oversee a caseload.

You will be the first dedicated Clinical Lead for a newly launched nurse-led complex care division, with full autonomy to shape how the service is mobilised, governed, trained and delivered.

The role exists because the business is intentionally moving away from a combined Registered Manager / Clinical Lead model and is investing in a credible, experienced clinical operator to lead complex care properly.

This position will suit someone who wants ownership, influence and progression, rather than a sideways move into a static role.

The Opportunity

You will lead the set-up, mobilisation and ongoing clinical oversight of adult nurse-led complex care packages across North Central London, working closely with commissioners, ICBs, families and internal teams.

The service has a strong respiratory focus, including ventilated care, CPAP/BiPAP and tracheostomy, and is being built with long-term growth in mind. You will play a central role in establishing clinical credibility, governance standards and training frameworks that can scale.

There is a clear progression pathway into broader clinical leadership (Clinical Director / Regional Lead) as the service grows.
