As we continue to grow and strive for excellence, we are seeking a Clinical Governance Manager to lead and enhance our clinical quality, safety, and compliance strategies across the group.The Role As Clinical Governance Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring our homes maintain the highest standards of care.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll oversee the implementation of robust clinical governance frameworks, support service improvement, and ensure continuous compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies.Key

the development and delivery of clinical governance and quality improvement strategies across all 12 homes.Monitor and evaluate clinical risk, incident reporting, safeguarding, audits, and clinical outcomes.Provide expert guidance and support to Home Managers and clinical nduct internal audits and contribute to external inspection preparedness (e.g., CQC).Drive learning from incidents and ensure action plans are effectively implemented.Support training initiatives to improve clinical competencies and awareness.What We're Looking For:A qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration (essential).Proven experience in clinical governance, quality, or compliance roles within the adult social care or healthcare sector.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including CQC requirements.Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.Willingness to travel regularly across the group's homes.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive and forward-thinking senior management team.Work in a dynamic organisation passionate about delivering safe, dignified, and person-centred care.The opportunity to shape and drive quality improvement across multiple services.
