As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), you will play a key role within our Primary Care team in Herstmonceux - delivering high-quality clinical care, autonomously managing patient presentations, and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.

About the Role
You will:
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
- Act as an Independent Prescriber (Essential).
- Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
- Contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance and service improvement.
- Support Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health as key focus areas.
- Use clinical systems effectively.
- Work flexibly within Allied Medical Practice.
Essential:
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with a Masters-level qualification.
- Independent Prescriber.
- Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar.
- Strong experience in Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health.
- Clinical leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
