What You Will Do

• Undertake autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex or chronic presentations.

• Formulate differential diagnoses and initiate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Use independent prescribing (where applicable) to optimise patient outcomes.

• Request, interpret, and act upon diagnostics with clinical precision.

• Provide strong leadership in clinical decision-making, risk assessment, and service improvement.

• Offer support, education, and guidance to MDT colleagues as part of wider clinical leadership.

• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, documentation, and patient-centred care.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse, AHP, Paramedic, or Pharmacist

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
