We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to work within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in the Isle of Man, earning £40.00 per hour via an umbrella rate with Exceed Outsourcing. This exciting role is available to start ASAP and runs through until 28 February 2026. What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients within the ICU, ensuring the best outcomes.
- Care for ventilated and sedated patients with competence and confidence.
- Skillfully manage inotrope support, arterial lines, and central lines.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a supportive and learning-focused environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

- Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Holding a Critical Care qualification is preferred, demonstrating advanced expertise in your field.
- Previous experience as a Critical Care Nurse with demonstrable skills in managing complex patient needs.
