What you will do:

• Assume responsibility as Nurse in Charge, providing strong clinical leadership and supervising daily ward activities.
• Manage patient care by supporting assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and medivac transfers with efficiency to ensure smooth healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the on-call doctor and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely treatment of patients.
• Guide and mentor junior nursing staff and assist in their performance appraisals, nurturing a positive learning environment.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance initiatives and adhere to organisational policies and professional standards.
• Participate in audit activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services.
• Engage in patient and family education, promoting healthcare knowledge and involvement in care decisions.
• Uphold high standards in patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
