Join our dynamic team as a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) within the Prison Cleared Team in Stoke Heath, Market Drayton.

This exciting 12-week locum assignment offers a competitive salary with day rates at £27 per hour, night and Saturdays at £30 per hour, and Sundays or Bank Holidays at £35 per hour. If you have recent prison experience and valid clearance, we're looking for you to start ASAP for a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.

What you will do:

- Deliver specialist mental health nursing care to prisoners within a secure setting.
- Manage and review caseloads with secondary mental health needs.
- Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and reviews.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Mental Health Team and other services like primary care and substance misuse.
- Maintain accurate records in line with NMC and prison standards.
- Serve as a senior clinician and provide guidance to junior team members.

Essential Requirements:

- Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Prison clearance essential, with recent experience in a similar environment required.
- Full UK driving licence necessary.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads effectively in a secure facility.
