What You Will Do:

• Support children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and chronic condition management.

• Participate in safeguarding assessments, ensuring adherence to national and local safeguarding procedures.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals such as GPs, health visitors, and social workers to promote continuity of care.

• Act as a clinical leader and mentor, offering guidance to junior staff and nursing students.

• Engage in quality audits, service improvements, and reflective practices to enhance care standards.

• Promote health education and prevention initiatives, supporting broader community wellbeing goals.
