What You Will Do
Clinical Responsibilities

Undertake duties in line with the Mental Health Act (1983), Mental Capacity Act (2005), NMC Code of Conduct, and SLaM standards.

Manage a defined caseload, prioritising assessments and planning care under the guidance of the Clinical Lead.

Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based programmes of care, ensuring high clinical standards.

Act as Care Coordinator, participating in comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments addressing physical, psychological, mental health, and social care needs.

Provide specialist clinical input and promote the recovery model for service users and their carers.
Risk & Safeguarding

Carry out thorough risk assessments and ensure robust management plans, particularly for vulnerable individuals.
