What You Will Do

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Undertake duties in line with the Mental Health Act (1983), Mental Capacity Act (2005), NMC Code of Conduct, and SLaM standards.

  • Manage a defined caseload, prioritising assessments and planning care under the guidance of the Clinical Lead.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based programmes of care, ensuring high clinical standards.

  • Act as Care Coordinator, participating in comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments addressing physical, psychological, mental health, and social care needs.

  • Provide specialist clinical input and promote the recovery model for service users and their carers.

Risk & Safeguarding

  • Carry out thorough risk assessments and ensure robust management plans, particularly for vulnerable individuals.

Salary range

  • £27 per hour
