Step into a pivotal locum role within Nottingham's Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team. What You Will Do:

  • Conduct assessments for service users referred to the EIP Team.
  • Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans collaboratively with service users.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including Family Interventions and CBT-informed care.
  • Administer medication safely, including depots when required.
  • Use outcome measures such as HoNOS, QPR, and DIALOG to monitor progress.
  • Provide clear information to service users, families, and carers regarding care plans, access, and confidentiality.
  • Build supportive relationships with service users and their families.
  • Utilize digital technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and update risk management plans; ensure regular physical health checks.
  • Collaborate with General Practitioners, Consultant Psychiatrists, Inpatient Services, and other professionals.
  • Promote a culture of recovery, empowerment, and informed decision-making.
