Core hours are generally from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but flexibility around start and finish times is available, such as 8am-6pm over four days a week, or varied start times to accommodate personal commitments.

What you will do:

- Manage a defined caseload of clients within the Community Mental Health Team, focusing on those with complex physical and mental health needs.
- Use evidence-based and client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Provide professional advice and support for junior staff and support staff.
- Participate in planning, development, and evaluation of CMHT services, and take responsibility for specific projects.
- Provide regular supervision to students on fieldwork placements.
- Abide by the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for your professional body, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Participate in the CMHT duty rota, ensuring continuous support and intervention for service users.

Applicants should ideally have existing access to Paris and knowledge of GMMH systems. We require fully compliant candidates who can start immediately.
