What You Will Do:

• Manage and coordinate comprehensive care packages for a personal caseload within the secondary mental health service.

• Conduct initial assessments of new referrals to ensure effective, individualised care.

• Act as shift coordinator, supporting the team and maintaining service continuity during senior absences.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.

• Proactively resolve operational challenges to maintain service efficiency and high-quality care delivery.
