What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users to determine their mental health needs.
• Manage CCO/key worker caseloads by developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans.
• Take part in duty work and efficiently screen referrals to recommend appropriate interventions.
• Administer depot medications and manage Community Treatment Order (CTO) cases.
• Participate in ward rounds and engage in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) discussions to contribute to holistic patient care.
• Be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to the adult community.
