Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 6 CPN to work in Tunbridge Wells.
Job description:
To undertake specialist assessments and identify treatment goals with clients who have a range complex mental health needs.
To manage and where appropriate care coordinate a defined caseload of clients within the community setting who have identified recovery needs as a result of mental health issues using evidenced based, client centred, hope and recovery, health promotion, relapse prevention and orientated principles and practice in a socially inclusive manner.
The Mental Health Nurse will be professionally accountable to the Executive Director of Nursing, and operationally accountable to the Matron / Clinical Service Manager.
