What you will do:

• Keywork a caseload of clients, managing individual needs and fostering positive mental health in the community.
• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments to inform care planning and interventions.
• Provide ongoing support for clients with their mental health, promoting wellness and stability.
• Oversee medication management and educate clients on psychosocial aspects of health.
• Support the depot clinic, ensuring clients receive timely and effective treatment.
• Participate in duty rota to ensure seamless service provision.

About you:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse: You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Caseload Management Experience: Proficiency in managing a caseload of patients with severe and enduring mental illnesses.
• RiO System Experience: Experience with the patient information system, RiO, is essential.
• NMC Registration: Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK, evidencing your commitment to professional standards.
