An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Early Intervention Team in Croydon. What you will do:

  • Deliver specialist mental health assessments and interventions for adults aged 18-65 experiencing first episode psychosis.
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans alongside service users and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide psychological, social, and clinical support to service users and their families.
  • Administer medication and monitor effectiveness and side effects in line with care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with external organisations, families, and healthcare professionals to support recovery-focused outcomes.
  • Offer education, advice, and support to individuals and carers navigating mental health challenges
