What you will do:
- Oversee the clinical management of a case load of service users aged 14-65
- Participate actively in the duty rota, managing service-wide triage, back-up assessments, and supporting the North team
- Encourage clients in their treatment program and recovery while promoting independence and self-help
- Act as a consultant and advisor, fostering strong relationships with other community services and agencies
- Adhere strictly to safeguarding principles to protect children and vulnerable adults
- Partake in safeguarding S42 investigations, supporting clients through specialist mental health assessments
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement risk management plans for clients facing vulnerability or harm
