What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive individual specialist assessments and risk evaluations for referred patients and their families.

  • Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group sessions.

  • Serve as a key worker for a defined caseload, ensuring continuity and excellence in care management.

  • Prepare detailed assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

  • Work across varied settings such as hospitals, primary care facilities, and schools, ensuring effective intervention delivery.

  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and mental health awareness training to colleagues and other professionals.

  • Actively engage in service development, clinical audits, and safeguarding supervision.

  • Lead or participate in specialist areas such as ADHD Clinics, CBT, or Family Therapy sessions.
