About the role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Community Mental Health Team for Older People (CMHTOP) in Surrey. To deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to older adults with complex mental health needs, promoting recovery, maintaining independence, and enhancing overall wellbeing within a community setting.
