What you will do:

  • Manage and coordinate a dedicated caseload, providing comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment services to patients and their families.
  • Facilitate the weekly depot clinic, overseeing medication stock and administration while monitoring patient progress and potential side effects.
  • Undertake risk assessments, employing evidence-based tools to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
  • Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, utilising the bio-psycho-social model to tailor care to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.
  • Support and guide Community Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
