What you will do
- Manage a defined caseload of clients within the Community Mental Health Team. This involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions for clients with complex physical and mental health needs.
- Provide professional advice for junior staff and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
- Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of the CMHT service. You will hold responsibility for specific projects and initiatives.
- Supervise students on fieldwork placements, helping to guide their learning and professional growth.
- Abide by the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, ensuring the highest standard of care and professionalism.
- Participate in the duty rota, contributing to a flexible and responsive team approach.
