This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in the vibrant town of Blackpool. In this locum role, earning £26.50 hourly, you will be working 30 hours per week on a three-month contract. What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of patients with a variety of complex needs, including severe mental illness, challenging behaviours, and concurrent diagnoses.
• Oversee the entire care process from assessment, care planning, and risk management through to discharge.
• Support the duty function within the team, responding to urgent and unplanned work as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support that enhances treatment outcomes.
