Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adults experiencing mental ill health with person-centred care planning.

• Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions.

• Coordinate and run weekly depot clinics, including stock control and medicines safety compliance.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver coordinated care.

• Provide psychoeducation and practical support to service users and their families.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records.

• Take part in supervision and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

• Previous experience within a Community Mental Health Team.

• Strong assessment, risk management, and caseload management skills.
