Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse position available in Cambridge UK with a salary of £27 per hour. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within primary care mental health services as a practitioner, with a start date ASAP for a duration of three months. You will be part of the PCMHS A&SMH team, working from GP practices in St Ives, and enjoy the flexibility of a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 schedule, with 0.8 whole time equivalent hours.

What you will do:

• Conduct primary care assessments of service users, ensuring comprehensive evaluations and bespoke care plans
• Participate in interface and referral meetings, collaborating seamlessly with other professionals to optimise patient care pathways
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, meeting all legal and ethical guidelines to uphold the highest standards of patient record handling
• An Enhanced DBS check is required, ensuring patient safety and maintaining a secure service environment
