What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive and high-quality assessments, including risk assessments and Dialogue+ plans.
- Manage a caseload and act as a case manager when required, setting up, implementing, and reviewing individualized care and support plans.
- Promote the needs of service users with mental health issues and provide training and education when possible.
- Participate in a Duty Rota to respond to emergencies and manage referrals.
- Support senior staff and deputize in their absence.
