What you will do:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of a specific group of service users in the community.
  • Mentor, supervise, and teach both qualified and unqualified staff, including students.
  • Lead care for a specified group of service users, ensuring a high-quality holistic approach.
  • Participate in recruitment, deployment, and management of staff within the team.
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of person-centred healthcare using complex clinical decision-making.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills.
  • Work collaboratively as a member of the multidisciplinary team to assess and plan care.

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence: Full and valid driving licence.
  • Transport: Access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the community element of the role.
