Location: Plymouth
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00
Pay: £27.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing

Sanctuary Personnel are looking for an experienced Band 6 Registered Nurse to join the Community Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) Insight Team in Plymouth.

You will provide specialist nursing support to individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis, delivering person-centred care aimed at promoting recovery, independence, and wellbeing. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, families, and carers to ensure holistic care delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Nurse

• Complete comprehensive mental health assessments
• Provide evidence-based nursing interventions
• Coordinate care planning and risk management
• Support individuals and their families throughout the recovery process
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team

Requirements of the Nurse

• NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Experience within early intervention, community mental health, or similar setting
• Strong clinical assessment and care-coordination skills
• Able to manage a defined caseload
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
