Fantastic opportunity for two individuals to join as Band 6 Clinical Team Leaders (RMN/RNLD) in the vibrant coastal town of Bournemouth. This locum position pays a competitive rate of £26.00 per hour for days, £34.00 per hour for nights and Saturdays, and £41.00 per hour for Sundays and bank holidays. Start as soon as possible with an initial 3-month block booking, offering potential for extension. You will be working 37.5 hours per week with flexibility in choosing day or night shifts, which range from early mornings starting at 07:00 to nights extending to 07:30 the next day.

As a forward-thinking and resourceful Band 6 Clinical Team Leader at the Seastone Ward, you will be at the heart of providing specialist inpatient care for young people aged 13-18 facing acute mental health challenges. Your role ensures the delivery of high-quality assessment, therapeutic intervention, and recovery-focused care, setting these young individuals on a positive path. Additionally, you will lead shifts and offer guidance and support to Staff Nurses and Mental Health Support Workers, further enhancing your leadership skills.
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional care and support to young people in a high-intensity environment.
- Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team during shifts.
- Facilitate assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
