Job overview
Tressell is a 28-bedded Rehabilitation and Reablement Ward within the Community Health and Integrated Care Division. We are a friendly, supportive team committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are seeking motivated, dynamic and passionate individuals to join us.
Our aim is to maximise patient outcomes, reduce hospital length of stay and support effective patient flow. We achieve this through daily multidisciplinary team meetings involving nursing staff, medical teams, Social Services and the Hospital Intervention Team. Together, we review each patient’s needs, agree management plans and facilitate safe, timely discharges.
We provide a supportive working environment with mentorship, clinical supervision and ongoing professional support. The development of our staff is a key priority, and we actively encourage continuous learning and career progression. Main duties of the job
The Registered Nurse will provide a high standard of nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of patient care. The post holder will work closely with the Nurse/ Team Manager and Team Leaders. Your responsibilities will include undertaking clinical skills and treatments and the safe admission and discharge of patients.
