I think if you are a busy person, whether you're a Qualified Nurse and you have all your shifts, if you're a student and you're trying to balance placement, lectures, assignments, and your personal life.

I think is really important to keep a timetable, whether that be online, on your phone, on a Post-It note, on a piece of paper.

Having all of the things that you need to do in your head not only makes it more likely for you to forget what you need to do but it also just gives you more stress.

And it's more likely that you'll start overthinking before you go to bed and things like that.

So it's really important to organise yourself and timetable your day or your week to take that stress off you and to clear your mind so you can be more productive and get everything that you need to get done, done.
