I'm a nurse working nights in care homes, I have had some homes who pay breaks for nurses because on nights as the only nurse you can't take a proper break. I eat whilst working mostly.

Hi Adrian, that's a tough shift 'being on' the whole time. Might I assume that you are Agency and are you drawn more to the CH that pay breaks then? Have you ever been able to negotiate this? Thanks.
