NHS 111 Tier Two Health Advisor - Ipswich based (Hybrid) Looking for more flexibility and better work-life balance? What we need from you: <ul><li> Currently or recently (within 6 weeks) working as a Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor </li><li> Live within a 1.5-hour commute from our contact centre. </li><li> A quiet, private home workspace </li><li> Willingness to attend our Ipswich site if homeworking arrangements change </li><li> Available for on-site training on your first day and occasionally if needed </li><li> Suitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload </li></ul> As this is a hybrid role, colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office. Who are we? We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient-focused primary care services. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services. Hours Available We are hiring full-time and part-time colleagues for a variety of shift options. Full-Time Options You'll work a mix of early and late shifts, starting from 6am to 8am and finishing between 9pm or 10pm. If preferred, you can choose to work only late shifts or night shifts; all night shifts have the earliest finish time of 6am. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, but you can opt to work more if you'd like. Part-Time Options Part-time roles mainly focus on evening and weekend shifts, but a mix of early and evening shifts may be offered. Weekday shifts are between 4-6-hours, either early between 6am-12noon or late between 4pm-10pm and longer shifts on the weekends. Weekend-only roles are also available, and additional hours may be offered during busy periods Please note, that part time night shifts are not currently available.
