Duties and responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greet and receive patients, visitors and other members of staff to the wards in a polite and professional manner and to undertake general reception duties</li> <li>Answer the telephone and relay accurate messages as appropriate</li> <li>Maintain effective communications between patients, their relatives and the team within the department</li> <li>Escort patients from reception for admission.
