Oncology Team Lead | Spire Dunedin Hospital, Reading | Part -Time - 30 hours per week | Permanent Spire Dunedin Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Team Lead to join our dynamic cancer services team on a part -time, permanent basis. This is a pivotal role providing exemplary care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, with a focus on leading the Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) service. You will offer specialist education and support, ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe care across the oncology pathway, and provide strong clinical and managerial leadership. As Team Lead, you will also deputise for the Cancer Services Lead and oversee the direct line management and supervision of the chemotherapy team. We are seeking an experienced Obstetric Sonographer to join our insourcing service and provide crucial additional capacity for ultrasound services in the North region of Scotland. Essential Requirements * HCPC registration (Sonographer or Midwife Sonographer). * Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Obstetric &amp; Gynaecology Ultrasound. * Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience in obstetric ultrasound. * Demonstrated ability to perform and report scans independently. * Evidence of DQASS cycles in line with first trimester screening. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver sensitive information empathetically. * Knowledge of RCOG guidelines and departmental ultrasound protocols. * Up-to-date CPD portfolio with evidence of recent study days or training. Desirable Skills * Experience in fetal medicine, twins, and early pregnancy assessment. * Experience working across multiple ultrasound systems and settings (NHS or private). * Proven ability to mentor or train junior staff. * Audit, research, or quality improvement experience.
