They demonstrate a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to change, improvement, and quality in practice, while also showing the ability to develop and apply flexible, innovative approaches to care. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, they bring at least six months of experience working within mental health or learning disabilities care environments, further strengthened by continued professional growth in their field.
