We are seeking dedicated Theatre Scrub Nurses or Practitioners, ideally with Ophthalmic experience. Training can be provided for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities • Prepare the operating theatre and ensure all required equipment and consumables are available and sterile. • Assist the surgical team during ophthalmic procedures, maintaining strict aseptic technique. • Deliver high-quality patient care throughout the peri-operative journey. • Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient theatre flow. • Maintain accurate and clear patient documentation in line with professional standards. • Uphold all health and safety, infection control, and clinical governance requirements.
