Number one, self-care.
Use your off duty days to connect with the things that bring you joy.
That can be a hobby or that could even be just sitting at home with your loved ones and watching a bit of Netflix.
2. Know Your Limits
Number two, know your limits.
If you are experiencing stress or maybe there is something on your mind that is affecting your work, speak about it.
Do not bottle up your emotions if something's on your mind.
You want to be at your best when you go to placements.
3. Rest, Rest, Rest
My third and last tip is rest, rest, rest.
Whatever it is that helps you unwind.
Ensure that you are resting well on your off days.
Hit a mental reset button so that you are ready to go for your next shift.
That's it from me. And I will see you soon.
