You know when you’ve found the one. So do we. At Artem we love to help make that happen for people.
Right now we are recruiting registered Nurses for a beautiful Care Home that looks after older people, with particular expertise in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. This Home prides itself on the ethical care it delivers and its high CQC rating, and the Home Manager has created a real Home away from Home, making this a truly lovely place to work. Both full and part time hours are available for the right candidate.
If you are a Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Nurse, this is a chance to build a meaningful career that you can be proud of. Ability to analyse problems, propose solutions, provide leadership, and confidence with IT communication systems is essential. Experience of elderly care and people management is desirable, but just as important is that you have a positive and flexible attitude with a person centred ethos.
Your communication, organisational and mentorship skills will enable you to hit the ground running in this challenging but rewarding role, and enjoy leading a warm and dedicated care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect. You understand the importance of documentation being carried out in accordance to regulations and law, while promoting a friendly, welcoming, positive atmosphere where all staff feel a connection to the residents, and understand their physical, social, and psychological needs.
We know you became a nurse because you love helping people, and that nursing jobs often involve coming up against constraints that get in the way of this. You won’t find that here; making care special is at the heart of this organisation.
Your hard work, passion and pride in making a difference will be valued and you will be empowered to be the Nurse you want to be, focusing on the health and happiness of the residents.
You will be encouraged to make the most of your skills and to increase your knowledge and experience, with fantastic opportunities for career progression. Training and coaching will be provided and your knowledge and expertise will be respected as you support your Home manager and provide guidance as a valued member of a warm, friendly, dedicated team, who work very closely together to create a feeling of family and promote a well-deserved reputation for high quality care. Your hard work, passion and dedication will be recognised and rewarded, with the highly competitive rate of pay and generous benefits.
