You know when you meet the one.So do we. At Artem we love to help make that happen for people.
Right now we are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse or ODP to join a day surgery Ophthalmic clinic in the private sector. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your training and progress your career working for a company that will fully support your professional development. Experience in Ophthalmic care is preferable but what is important is your integrity and compassion that puts the patient at the centre of all you do, and your enthusiasm to act as a mentor to non-qualified and newly appointed staff.
Working in state of the art facilities with some of the country’s top clinical talent, using the latest technology, you’ll be supporting the service manager and providing expertise and leadership in asepsis, decontamination, recording keeping, medicines management, safeguarding, incident reporting and investigating.
Your organisational, time keeping, and communication skills mean you’ll hit the ground running as an important member of a close knit, supportive and friendly team who work together to create a feeling of family. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to develop your skills in Scrub and Anaesthetics and learn new things through a range of hands on duties, including admissions, scrub assistance, discharge and aftercare advice, surgery preparation, and diagnostics. You will be able to help the patient from start to finish so this is a very varied, rewarding job. Also from time to time you will cover some of their other clinics, enjoying all expenses paid from food, to travel and accommodation when needed.
We know a nursing job can be one of the best jobs in the world, but it can also be one of the most frustrating when constraints get in the way of giving people the kind of compassionate, individualised attention you know they need. You won’t find that here; you’ll have the time, respect, and resources you need to care for your patients though all stages of their journey. Also sometimes you will have the chance to cover their other clinics with all expense paid including hotels and meals where needed, giving you the chance to travel and meet new people.
Your knowledge and insight will be valued and nurtured in a culture of opportunity, dedicated to helping you unlock your potential, where integrity, respect and performance are rewarded. And you’ll take pride and satisfaction in working for a dynamic and innovative company on the front line of cutting edge Ophthalmic technology and techniques.
All this makes this a great place to work, with a friendly, energetic, and supportive environment. And in return for your hard work and dedication, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary, excellent perks and bonus schemes, generous holidays, and the chance for flexible working, sociable hours and career breaks to help you get the work life balance you need to be your best.
