Job Description

Essex Child and Family Wellbeing, in partnership with Barnados, have a fantastic opportunity for a Health Visitor to join our Harlow South team, based at Tree House Family Hub . Are you a SCPHN qualified, RGN or Midwife looking for your next role as a Band 6 Health Visitor?

We will grant you an NHS pension, AFC 18/19 T&C's and pay banding and plenty of training and progression opportunities. We want you to feel valued and appreciated, because of this, we will offer you an additional payment of £2,000 on the successful completion of your probationary period - a thank you from us to you! Worried about losing your current length of service honours? Fear not, these will continue in your transfer to us! Being part of the Virgin Tribe will grant you access to exclusive offers and discounts on Virgin products and services including up to 40% off Virgin Trains.

We're looking for Band 6 Health Visitors to join our West Essex Healthy Family Team, to help us continue to change things for the better. Working full or part time hours dependent on your preference.

This is an opportunity to put your Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification to great use. You will need strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach to ensure you deliver positive experiences to our clients at every stage of their healthcare journey.

Working closely with our partners from Barnardo's and other key agencies you'll assess health needs to develop, implement and evaluate packages of care, operating as a specialist practitioner.

You'll care for our clients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.
At Virgin Care, we've created a working environment where everyone can really feel the difference.
It's the kind of place where nothing's too much trouble. Where our service is seamless. Where you'll feel empowered, listened to, valued and where we'll support you to bring your best self to work every day. And that's just the beginning.

Since 2006, we've delivered innovative and refreshing health and social care services to millions of people by developing our own unique approach where our clients are at the centre of everything we do.
Virgin Care are committed to equal opportunities and welcome a broad diversity of talent to apply.

Virgin Care Limited reserves the right to cease any advertising prior to the published closing date for a role that receives a high number of applications.
Virgin Care Limited, its subsidiary companies and the Virgin Care LLPs are part of the Virgin Group and provide NHS and social care services.
