Job Description

We are seeking to recruit to an inspiring and positively challenging vacancy within specialist mental health rehabilitation services in Doncaster.
Coral Lodge is a commissioned high dependency mental health rehabilitation inpatient unit providing treatment and support to adult male. We aim to support people using the Recovery model to develop their independence and reintegrate into their local communities.
Our vision statement here at Coral Lodge is 'For people leavingour service to be equipped with the skills / knowledge and confidence to manage their symptoms and not go through life being defined/restricted by their illnesses.
The successful applicant will become a member of our large multi-disciplinary team which includes colleagues from clinical psychology, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. They will have responsibility for shift coordination along with providing a high standard of recovery focussed care to our patients along with their friends and family.
Our clinical team offers a personalised service empowering people to make informed choices regarding their individual process of recovery, within a structured environment.
We provide personalised intensive optimistic therapeutic programmes based on the principles of the Recovery model. All patients are actively encouraged to self-manage their own health needs as much as possible with help and support.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and committed RMN, this post may be of interest to a newly qualified nurse or someone who wishes to specialise within mental health rehabilitation.
Applicants must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service, have the ability to communicate effectively and possess the ability to work both as a team member and more autonomously within a sometimes challenging inpatient environment.
