nursing service, caring for patients nearing the end of the lives in their own home.
ome Team are a pioneering service offering patients and carers night time support to allow them to remain at home for as long as they wish.
Our outstanding little team is made up of 2 Matrons working as a job share, Band 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Band 6 Senior Nurses and Band 3 Senior Nursing Assistants.
It is widely recognized that night nurses receive less professional development opportunities than those working in normal office hours, however, Apply
ome staff are given regular opportunities to shadow specialist palliative and end of life teams throughout the year and are supported to continue their professional development wherever possible.
